Fulfillment Policy

1. Delivery of Services

Upon successful payment, your subscription to Citation is activated immediately. You will receive an email confirmation, and access to the dashboard and premium features (such as Authority Reports and Visibility Tracking) will be instantly available.

2. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with Citation. You are eligible for a full refund of your current billing cycle ONLY if you have not used any features that consume API credits (such as running an analysis scan, generating content, or triggering visibility checks).

To request a refund, please contact [email protected] with your account email. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.

*Note: Once you use any feature that consumes API credits, the fee for the current billing period becomes non-refundable. This policy exists to cover the direct costs we incur for LLM API usage and data processing.

3. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Dashboard settings or by contacting support.

• If you cancel, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing cycle.
• No further charges will be applied after cancellation.

4. Currency

All transactions are processed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
